The group has participated in Kalamata International Dance Festival, MIR Festival, Young Choreographers Festival at the Onassis Foundation, Dimitria Festival, ARC for Dance Festival, among others.

Both the artistic outcome and the concepts that concern Artemis Lampiri focus primarily on the present. Whether it is a personal “now” or a socio-political “now,” the choreography combines delicate aesthetics with introspection and precision in presentation. The human factor acts as a catalyst in the creative process, with the personal input of each participant contributing to the production. Faces, sounds, movement, space, time, and rhythm that consist each performance, dynamically come together to ensure that the result resonates, sparks thought, and emotionally moves the audience, making them “accomplices” in the action. A personal signature of the choreographer is that every performance serves the underlying concept of the idea, and although the works differ significantly from one another, they unmistakably bear her mark in a very clear way.

Artemis Lampiri was born in Athens in 1984, where she currently lives and works as a choreographer, dancer, and dance teacher. She studied at the Professional Dance School “Rallou Manou” and received her bachelor degree of choreography at ArtEZ in the Netherlands, with a full scholarship from the State foundation. She also started a major in Theater Studies at Utrecht University, in Dance Dramaturgy.

As a choreographer, she has participated in festivals, won awards, and staged her own performances in theaters in Greece, Germany, Croatia, the Netherlands, and Spain. In 2013, she founded “MAN Dance Company,” which has received funding from the Ministry of Culture for three productions.

She has been working as a movement director for theatrical performances since 2012 and began collaborating with the National Opera of Greece’s National Opera House in October 2017. She has also been a member of the KINITIRAS network since 2012. She teaches contemporary dance, improvisation, and conducts workshops for preschool children and their parents at dance schools and studios since 2012.

She is a mother of two children.
